FNB takes the buck then passes it

On Saturday the 25th of May I tried to purchase electricity twice through the smart app. Twice the money was deducted from my account but I never received the tokens. The First amount was R350 and the second R100 I had to drive to PNP and I had to withdraw the money out of another bank account to buy the electricity. Due to the 2 first successful transactions I am deemed a heavy electricity user which means I pay more tax and I am charged more per unit so for R350 I go 219 Units where I would usually get 294 units. I posted a comment on Facebook.and RB Jacobs responded by saying that it is not necessarily FNB and I should contact Cell phone banking.
It only means to me that RB Jacobs does not know their product. Because as soon as you buy prepaid electricity on the Smart App the token will be displayed in the smart app, you will get a msg via the smart app msg with the token, you will get an sms and you will get an email with the token in if your details are registered as such.

Point short my money was taken and I did not receive what I paid for. I want my electricity I paid for or I will take this issue to every public forum I know of
