NO REFUND SINCE FEBRUARY 2012

I had an account with Finchoice. I then applied for Debt review with Ubuntu Debt Rehabilitation in 2009. I have finished paying all my accounts in October 2011. I then got a statement showing a credit amount from Finchoice and other Creditors from Jan 2012. Finchoice sent a statement to my debt counsellor around February 2012 to advise that I had a refund of about R2800 due. My debt counsellor then sent a request for the refund on 28/02/2012 and Finchoice immediately replied to confirm that the refund has been processed and then sent another e-mail saying that the refund cannot be processed as there is no system to do the refunds on debt review accounts. I then sent a follow-up e-mail in August 2012 to my debt counsellor who then did a follow-up with Finchoice, we then got a reply from Lizelle Kroutz who informed that there is still no system yet to process the refund. I then made another follow-up on 28/12/12 regarding the refund, I phoned Fichoice first on 28/12/2012 and spoke to Bronwyn who was very rude and told me that there is nothing she can do. I then sent an e-mail to debtreview department and got a reply on 17/01/12 informing that there is no feedback..I want my money!
