WRONG DEBIT ORDER DATES

Day.

I bank with Nedbank since I was young, I applied for a loan they gave me a loan I was happy because I wanted to further my studies, Therefore on my contract the debit order date was 31 of every month, funny enough they debit my money on the 28 of every month, which makes that am not paying on the correct date and it mean am defaulting, debit order strake again on the 31 then funds available, I got a letter say am in default, when I phone Nedbank they told me to ignore my payments are up to date, I got another later that says I qualify to apply for another loan, I went to the bank with that letter to apply for a loan, they told me it declined because am not making my payment according to them which is why they are declining, but I reported that issue many time, when they don't get funds on my account on the 28, they told me it was fix for the 31, now on the credit report my profile is bad because of wrong debit order dates and is not my fault is Nedbank's fault I cant apply for a loan to any credit provider because of defaults that I don't know about, I really need money desperate but Nedbank it never help, they said they are sorry, am so cross with Nedbank.
