Last month I noticed a second smart device deduction from my account. I phoned FNB to find out why and they said it is for an Ipad mini. I never ordered a second device! The lady said it is a problem on their side and that they will fix it.
A few weeks later, after FNB updated their online banking to show the smart device accounts (which is nice, by the way), that second device is still there! I phoned again to find out if anything has been done about the issue, the lady put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected the line!
Today, another deduction was made! I want that device removed and the money from the 2 deductions put back into my account!
