TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FNB HOME LOANS!

When trying to complete the on line application, FNB's site keeps throwing you out! After much frustration trying again and again to submit an application I phoned the home loans department to send me a paper copy of the application form; I confirmed the fax nr with the agent where supporting documents had to be sent and did so accordingly. Later, I phoned to confirm receipt of these documents only to be told to use an alternative fax nr, which I did! Today, I followed up on receipt again, only to be told that application has been received but no reference is available yet as the application has not been touched!

Having only 14 days to get financing in place and giving FNB Home Loan Department's unconcerned attitude to assist their clients is giving me little hope of receiving feedback on time.

Myself and my husband being Premier Bankers with FNB made me hopeful that our bank will assist us during this process, needless to say FNB is DEFINITELY not living up to their brand philosphy "How can we help you"

I find it rather baffling that FNB has not even looked at our application, but another bank already gave us feedback in 2 days! Makes me wonder if FNB is worth my business???
