I am writing this email due to an agreement that was in place however it seems due to Wonga not being able to come to the party this agreement is no longer valid... I took a small personal loan id 810816 0034 081 with Wonga on the 12.03.2013 and the agreement was made that the funds will be deducted from my bank account for the total amount of R1497.45 on 26/03/2013. And paid in full actually more than the agreed price R1512.22 on 25.04.13 Kindly refer to the attached bank statement and you will see that at all times as from the 26.03.2013 as per the agreed dates between myself and Wonga there were funds available, however no payments were deducted? I personally feel that due to Wonga not keeping to their agreement I must not be penalised for any additional interest and I require alternative arrangements to be made. I also expect that my credit now does not get affected negatively due to this matter. Please can someone look into this matter and contact me in order for this to be rectified. Today is the 24.05.13 and it is still not recitified after numerous phone calls and about seven emails and two Blake attorney phone calls and emails. I want the interest to be written off
