I deposited money into a business account using an ATM and the money did not reflect due to what I assume to be a technical glitch. I had thrown away the deposit slip and therefore had no proof of the deposit.
The staff at standard bank were fantastic because I was so stressed I initially mixed up the dates but they followed up and constantly kept me informed of the progress and where additional information was required they were very friendly in their calls.four ladies were extremely helpfull namely: Milicent at reception, Kedibone at enquiries for always been friendly and the two lovely ladies at the consultant desk who were extremely patient with me in my time of panic..
