I went to the atm this morning to draw money to my surprise the atm swallowed my card & stated i need to contact my branch administrator. I went to the bank to find out what was the problem the lady at the enquiries teller which was very helpful by the way told me my account is closed which my salary gets paid to every month. The problem is she could not tell me why but the person that closed it is Otshepeng Mazula how is it possible just to closed my account without any reason which is unexcepptable now I'm stranded without cash & a bank card & still have to wait till tommorrow to get one aswell. Who told this lady to close my account?
