WHAT HAPPENED TO "ONLY ASK ONCE"???

I have NEVER in my life been passed around from one department to the other. NO ONE wants to assist you with a query; each to their own and NOTHING MORE!
The staff is not trained at all. They are all taught 3 default responses and all start with: "let me just explain to you". They cannot answer as simple question like: "what would you like to be stated in the QURANTEE OF FUNDS"?
No one does anything unless it's captured on the system. So, if you ask anyone what they require to get something on the system, they cannot assist you because... it's not on the system!!
Try asking the switch board (011 667 7000) to put you through to LEGAL! It seems no one is allowed to speak to legal! And when you call Thandi Simoko (011 667 5064), she hangs up on you IF she even answers.
The systems do not speak to each other; one department does not know what the other does and you are constantly passed around until eventually, when you give up, you still do not have an answer to your query.

I do, however, want to exclude Mr. Zakariya Lachporia in NAS. He has assisted me from day one, beyond his call of duty! He's always polite and when he does not have an answer, he'll get one and call you back!
