DEBIT ORDER DATE CHANGED WITHOUT MY APPROVAL

On the 21st of May, i received a disturbing and unprofessional SMS from Nedbank telling me Manzani Glen Mavodze that my personal loan 8162538498101 debit date has been moved to my salary date the 24th.
1st, i do not get paid on the 24th and i have chosen the last day of the month as a debit date with a reason.
2nd, i called them back 0860103116 and spoken to Nico Rajoo whom advised that he will ensure that the debit date remains the last day as i do not get paid on the 24th and he provided ref no: 8533249.
3rd, To my surprise, this morning the 24th an amount of repayment on the loan has been debited and utilised my overdraft amount. i clearly stated to the Agent that sms received was not proposing a suitable date it was dictating and telling me what their are going to do. If i had no overdraft facility available my credit record, bank statement would have been tarnished because of the insufficient funds of their gross negligence and put my name of disrepute. I never had any unpaid debit orders before. You've ruined our business relationship, trust & reputation, NEDBANK WENT INTO MY CURRENT ACCOUNT AND MY OVERDRAFT MONEY. IF YOU HAVE A CAPITAL FLOW PROBLEM SEEK INVESTORS
