Not willing to resend my vouchers to my new numbe

Hi recently bought 3 ster kinekor movie vouchers. I saved them on my phone when my cell number was 0714914702 and then I cancelled that number and got a new contract 0725627675 with a new phone, I wiped the old phone losing those vouchers by accident. I phoned ebucks and requested they resent my last 3 vouchers I bought to my new number. The lady then said their manager said they can't send it to my new number and I must now forfeit those vouchers, seriously??? I then told her this is unacceptable and she must ask her manager I want to speak to him, she then started having a very bad attitude towards me and then said she will call him, I stayed on the line then for at least 15 minutes waiting with no response and then hung up, why did she immediately get and answer NO from him but when I asked to be put through to him or her she put me on hold??? And they never even phoned me back at least. How can I pay for something and then just get told I must forfeit my money?? I want those last 3 vouchers I bought its my money!!!
