Today, a lady of your company phoned me again. After I asked her to remove my number, she said that it's given through to her by the system. Well I don't give a. Remove my number. And then she has the audacity to slam the phone down in my ear.
REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM. I'VE GIVEN YOU MS BOTHA'S NUMBER, BUT YOUR CALL CENTER STAFF ARE TOO INCOMPETENT TO GIVE THE DETAILS THROUGH.
