I have a FNB Discovery credit card and on the statement the account number 4043 0720 6929 3001 is reflected
I went into debt review in 2009 with the initial company DebtRid with a debt review application amount of R38, 081-31. Monthly payments were made through this company to NPDA and amount distributed to the above account (see breakdown below). I have the Debt review Consultant's proof of payments. This review company closed and I moved over to Consolidebt in October 2011 where by debt review outstanding amount started with them on R30, 473-00. Monthly payments were made from NPDA (see breakdown below) All payments went through to FNB with the exception of the three yellow highlights, being returned from FNB and the funds currently still in NPDA's suspense account. Last week I phoned FNB as I have a personal loan which I wanted settlement amount for to settle this month, when I discovered via the FNB call centre agent that this account is off debt review due to non payment and that I owe R67, 000. I need to get this resolved and have asked FNB for a detailed statement of which payments are actually reflecting. I have no feedback or comms from FNB yet.
