I have taken out a policy with Warranty Solutions in July 2011 when I bought my car. The policy was sold to me very quickly and I was told that I will not get better service for any other policy that does the same as this one.
I have been paying R82 odd every month since July 2011 and both the times i phoned they said "oh sorry sir that parts is not covered under the policy we can't help you. " Why the do you have a policy in the first place if nothing is covered? I'm paying for you to get rich.
But I had it now. I am busy cancelling the policy as I'm paying for all the parts myself in any case so what's the use.
So for everyone out there: STAY AWAY FROM WARRANTY SOLUTIONS. They will sell the policy to you very quickly and collect the cash and then when claim time comes you will also here the very sad story of: "oh sorry sir that parts is not covered under the policy we cannot help you. "
