Misinformed by Call Centre Agents_Bad Service!!!

I had opened a new FNB account and taken up the Samsung Galaxy S4 offer with their Smart Devices Department. I was informed that the only qualifying criteria was an amount that needed to be deposted into my account but that as a new member the application was successful and device will be dispatched and reach me within 10-15days, and if i were to default on the criteria i will be charged the full subscription for the phone. It has now been 2 weeks since i was told my application is successful and phone will be dispatched shortly and i recieved an sms saying my application will be complete once i send through my debit order switching forms, i have done this manually so i was advised to just send through those forms and upon capturing them the device will be dispatched. I was told if i do not send through the form they will have to wait for my 1st debit order to go off my account. I took their advice and today I called FNB to ask the progress of my application, they have once again said my application is successful as they have now recieved my forms but they will now need to wait for the 1st debit order to go off my account. I am disgusted with their misinforming consultants!
