I applied for debt solution with lifeline and the agent who assisted me, did not inform me in time that my bond was not included in the restructuring of my debt. even after few months after the the bank contacted me regarding my payment she insisted i was covered and need not worry. i learnt after a 6 moths that she has left the company and i was asked to pay a huge amount of money to secure my house which i could not pay.
when ever i see their ad on TV i get traumatized.
