I was provided with excellent service from Nthato. I took a policy with African independent. I had questions to ask as i didn't understand some of the things on my contract but Nthato was so patient and very efficient to explain the insurance benefits. He went out of his way to assist, and because of his efforts I am happy with the service and satisfied.
