I really have to compliment Vimal at SA Homeloans. I applied for my bond as a first time buyer and really got great service.
The house I currently rent I tried to buy and my app was approved within days. After valuation was done they picked up that the house had lots of structual problems and they informed me.
I then decided to look for another property and when I found 1 my bond was again approved within days evaluation done and Final Grant the same week.
I can finally move into my own property after renting for years and throwing my money in the water.
