1st Class service from Miway Consultant, I spoke to Seitshiro at Miway on the 21st May 2013 to get a quote on my new vehicle. I was already insured with Miway on my previous car and was happy with the service offered with my previous vehicle. I had been calling since yesterday for a better quote but as not getting the help I needed. I decided to call again today and spoke to Seitshiro, he was warm, kind and very professional. The premiums initially came out to be more than my affordability, I am very hard to please but however she managed to negotiate a better rate for me. I'm really impressed with the overall service provided. I am now happy with my current premium. Big ups to Seitshiro.
