I have one default listing on Experian relating to my Standard bank Mastercard account that was handled by your company. I settled the account on the 04th of May 2013 and my profile on Experian was updated accordingly and now the default listing shows an amount of R0.00.
I would like to find out if there is any chance to remove the default since I have settled account and now it shows R0.00 amount.
