I moved from Santum Insurance to ABSA insurance Company LTD on the 01st of April 2013 because the premium of R1246 was too high. Upon the inception of the ABSA policy monthly contributions was agreed to be R1078.95, the first debit order of R1078.95 went off on the 1st of April but to my surprise the second debit order in May 2013 came up to R1838.98.I then contacted the insurance to find out what's happening, I was told that there's a certain form that my broker didn't send upon the inception of the policy hence the debit but when I contacted my broker (George Mahlagane), he claimed to have sent the form and he promised fix the mess with the insurance so the necessary refund of R760.03 shall be done. After making several enquiries myself since to the insurance, I was assisted by a very helpful lady called Bathabile (call ref:1-1115532321) whom helped to speed up the refund process. I then received a refund but it was only R462.00 instead of the entire difference amount as the broker PROMISED. Again I contacted the insurance and they said they want proof that the doc's were sent on time as my broker claims and when I filtered the message to my broker he said they can't find the email
