I had a student loan with nsfas which i paid up, however NSFAS conveniently kept debiting my account, for almost 4 consecutive months. After inquiring they said i must fill in a refund form and once they receive it they will refund my money and it ONLY take 7-10days!! well its been almost 2weeks and when i inquire thet say they waiting on authorization!! so Pathetic! so quick to claim the money but take their own time when they owe you money! I want this sorted out like yesterday!
