Money lost

I have R1900.00 that i am waiting on Standard bank to return to me due to the fact that i had done transfers on my cheque account on the 27/04/2013 it had not appeared in the necessary persons accounts i called the call centre and they told me due to the fact that i did it on the public holiday it wont reflect in the recipients accounts, only after 2 to 3 days, it has been almost 3weeks, after calling the call centre twice and going into a branch they tell me the transfers did not go through due to insufficient funds, its untrue as the account i did the transfers from definitely had enough money when i did the transactions, i even received Sm's' on my cell confirm it. Now no-one can tell me where exactly my money went to as it is not even reflecting on my statement.
I then call in again wanting to find out why the specialist they told me would call has not it has been 3 weeks since they said so.
My account is now also invalid i can do no transaction on the Internet banking, i had to take my money out and pay cash to people because of this nonsense.

I would like this fixed and i would like the money back into my account by C.O.B today as i feel my money has been taken from me.
