Unable to lodge claim for funeral cove

On Friday we tried to call the funeral plan call center on 0860100556. We had to leave voicemail as nobody was available to help us. We have been trying to call all day but we just get voicemail in the claims department. Nobody returns your messages and we cannot get to lodge a claim as a person has died and we need to make funeral arrangements. FNB funeral claims department is extremely frustrating. How can we get the money from the funeral policy in order for us to place the deceased in burial???
