I want to launch a complaint to Wesbank.
I have fallen behind on my instalment and they are charging me for the arrear amount
10% commission, my instalment is R 3, 147.47 and my arrears were R 3, 871.62
Now 10% of R 3871.62 is R 387.16 but my statement reflects R 759.83 which they are
Deducting as commission on collection charges, I have not received a phone call, email or a letter from them asking for the arrears to be paid but they are collecting the money for no-service rendered.
The R 759.83 is being deducted in one month? How can they charge me twice in the same month for one arrear amount of R 3, 871.62 of which 10% is R 387.16 and not R 759.83
