I have never received such terrible service as I have since being with Miway (The hypocrisy of the name!). Two months ago I had a moment of sanity and phoned Outsurance to find out what premium I would get moving to them. I spent almost the entire day going back and forth between "Mi"Way and Outsurance and as Miway would hear in a phone call recording, I was intent on leaving them due to their terrible service. A very good salesperson talked me into staying and as OutSurance couldn't offer me the same premium I decided to stay with Miway. Or that's what I thought anyway! I was also promised a personal consultant to help with all my issues. Where is he??? And where was he when I needed assistance after finding out two months later they had cancelled my policy shortly after all the recorded phone calls? Miway and their shoddy service cancelled my policy without sending me ANY CONFIRMATION!!! How is this professional? How is this even acceptable in what claims to be a reputable company? I was left in the lurch for two days. And I challenge any of the Miway execs to hear the recordings of the shocking call centre consultants and their terrible service of claiming to assist me.
