Really Bad Experience

I opened an online Business Account with FNB on the 28/04/2013 and then got confirmation that the couriers would deliver my card within a few days and that did not happen until 09/05/2013 and they collected all my other documents as well. The account was not activated until I went to complain at Main Street branch Randburg on the 14/05/2013 which then on the 15/05/2013 I got an sms and a call to say it was activated. I then went and was able to deposit money into it and sent to my clients to start using. On the 17th I started getting calls from my clients who were unable to pay me on that account since I could not get to a bank I left it as is and tried to use it to pay for petrol and that's when I realized that my account was frozen and then when I went to the main street branch on Saturday morning i was told that none of my documents were loaded and so now I am unable to get paid and I am unable to access the money that I have already deposited and nobody can do anything since its a Saturday. I regret closing my Nedbank account disgusted at the service I got from FNB since I opened this account, this has really changed how I look at the bank, Very disappointed not what I expected
