Never received my money

On the 12 of January I went to the above mentioned FNB branch to try and get my flexi fixed 15% trans fared into my standard bank account. I asked the gentleman to put my money in the account I always put my money in and after a few processes it was done. I waited for two days to access my money from standard bank but it never came. I went back to FNB and they gave me an eight digit account number which the money was put in, that account number was not mine, and standard bank does not have eight digit account numbers. I do not know how that number was entered into my account in the first place. FNB then promised the money would bounce back after 5 days but upon follow up nothing was found. Eventually after numerous phone calls and follow ups a lady from the same branch phoned to say the money had been deposited into that standard bank account which standard bank says does not exist. I am very unsatatisfied with the response. I would appreciate further investigations.
