Early Debits!!!

Absolutely pathetic service!!!
My Capitec loan account gets debited by Capitec before funds becomes available in my bank account.
Problem now, is that this reflects bad on my payment profile!!! (For something that's not caused by me, but Capitec themselves)
Capitec says there's nothing they can do about it... Even though these early debits are their fault.
For 16 months all my debits were going off as per normal (Be it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or the 5th.. as soon as my funds become available in my bank acc). Now with the last 2 months before my loan account is finished I experience these problems.
To top it off this happens 2 months in a row, after I've spoken to a Capitec consultant the 1st month this happened (Where a debit went off the 30th March... Obviously no funds avail), and he confirms with me that a debit will be made for 2months instalments on the 3rd of May. What happens the debit order goes off the 2nd of May!!! (ANOTHER DEFAULT ON MY PAYMENT PROFILE)...
I'm not even concerned about the fees charged by my bank... BUT MORE CONCERNED THAT CAPITEC's MAKING MY PAYMENT PROFILE BAD!!!

WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS???
