On the 06/05/2013 I went to Capitec bank atm to withdraw money, slip came out saying the request has been declined. Tried to withdraw again it showed that I had insuffient funds in my account, when checking the balance it showed that I have less than the amount I had in my bank, when getting inside the bank I was told that I just withdrew the amount, I showed them the slip with decline response. I was then told to fill in the forms that they will investigate the matter and it will take 2 weeks. Today I just received a call from Unathi Bhenya that the amount was indeed withdrawn. When calling again to ask from Unathi the channels to follow to investigate this Unathi says she never called me in the morning, asked to speak with the Manager the person by the name of Nomfundo took the call and she said Manager is not in and she will handle the query... can somebody from Capitec head office get back to me regarding this as I'm not getting any joy with the way Capitec Butterworth is handling my query.
