My Father passed away in January 2013 - all these years he paid for funeral cover and now that he died, we are STILL waiting for the promised funeral policy money.

First I have been trying to contact them, first excuse: - the policy doesn't exists - after I proofed the policy, they promised payment within 48 hours, but now it looks more life 48 days to me??
Everyday I need to follow up - and the answer is always: - "It is with our Head Office in Cape Town, nothing we can do..."
Very quick to take your policy money, but when they need to pay all sorts of stories - I will NEVER recommend Metropolitan to any of my colleges, friends or family!
