INCORRECT CARD ISSUED-PLATINUM BANKER DOESNT RESPO

I was a Platinum Banker at ABSA.My Platinum Banker resigned 2 years ago. Since then ABSA has not bothered to inform me of who my new Platinum Banker is. I called the Call Centre for assistance & was told that they do not know who my Platinum banker is & I should sort my issues out at Inquiries. As I am treated like just any other banker & my Platinum banker doesnt bother to assist-I see no reason why I should pay Platinum Banker fees for privileges I do not receive. Therefore I CANCELLED my Platinum package & went onto Silver. My Silver credit card duly arrived. However, as part of the package I am also to receive a Silver cheque card. When I went to collect my Silver cheque card- ABSA handed me a Platinum cheque card. I explained to Inquiries that I cancelled my Platinum package & require a Silver cheque card & not a Platinum cheque card. I also informed her that the Platinum card was unsolicited & I want my Silver cheque card. I am also not going to pay Platinum fees on that card. She told me I am likely to now pay for 2 accounts-Platinum & Silver. She saidI should speak to my Platinum banker. As my Platinum banker (I do not know who it is) was busy-I was promised shed call me back. She has not
