Old Virgin Money Client - Trying to re-apply

I had a virgin money credit card years ago, the account was closed as a result of me not using the card after I payed all debt on it. I called the call centre and was firstly not told to re-apply. Called again a week after an a lady told me to re-apply.

I re-applied over two days ago through think money, but had called directly to Virgin Money and was told that I h ad to wait for response from thinkmoney and they cannot assist me to apply. I had further e-mailed their service mail directly and was sent response saying my details were sent to applications and someone will give me a call, am still waiting after three days for this from Virgin Money.

I cannot understand as they have all my details on their system as was a paid up client, now trying to re-apply for a credit card is really becoming annoying as no one is responding.

With such attitude they will loose business!!!
