Dear OLD MUTUAL, I wish to surrender my policies. I've sent an e-mail on 8 May 2013, to all e-mail addresses on your website, without ANY reply apart from the computer generated message. This morning I phoned your Client services who e-mailed me the forms. The forms was completed and mailed to gsenquiries at oldmutual dot com. Few minutes later the agent replied via e-mail that my documents must be certified. I took policies over the phone without any Commisioner of Oaths but when claiming whats due to me its now complicated. Kindly give me my money?
