I need to share with you... I drive a Discovery 3 for the last year. The engine pop a main bearing and seized resulting in a nice price tag of well over R100, 000. Within two workings days after reporting the incident to Motorite they send an assessor the evaluate the damage and a day or two later the authorised the maximum amount according to the top of the range product I bought from them - R 70, 000. Well done Motorite. We as customers as so easy to complaint, but if we comply with our side of the contract, Motorite sure do theirs. This is in actual fact the second claim in the last three months. The previous claim totals - R 8000 and was paid in full according to the easy to read and understand policy document. I will never buy a secondhand car without Motorite.
