Since August 2012 I have been contacting ABSA LIFE to send me my documentation for my funeral policy and hospital plan. On numerous occasions i contacted this department and also visited ABSA Lenasia branch and was promised that the policy was going to be sent to me within 5 working days. Till date i have not received no documentation and i am still running from pillar to post. ABSA is quick to deduct money from my account yet i have no proof of this policy thus far. If this is not dealt within the next 24hrs it will be referred to the banking ombudsman of Absa.
