Ebucks
False Advertising and Supplying Inferior Products

I would formally like to log a complaint with regards to the ebucks website for the falseness of some of their products advertised. I recently purchased a R550 case of wines from their website believing it was a certain year of wine 2010 and received a a younger year 2011, I can understand if they had no stock of the 2010, that they may supply another year, but with wines, one, they don't taste the same if they are not from the same year, two a newer year of a wine is generally cheaper i.e. 2011 is cheaper than a 2010 and three, they did not state that the product for the year advertised was out of stock on your website, which I believe is a breach of an actual consumer act and is false advertising selling or claiming to sell a product but supplying something else, this is bad business ethics. In any form of business if you buy something and expect to receive what you are paying for, but receive a product that is inferior and also a cheaper version of a product, and receive a pathetic sms going sorry we were out of stock of the product you ordered so we gave you something else is absolutely ridiculous. Why is this type of false advertising allowed?
