Hi i want to express my views regarding the exceptionally service i receive on a daily basis from 1 life direct
life insurance call centre and the company as a whole they are so quick to have a debit order deducted from my account but when it comes to them doing there part they fail to deliver.my policy number is 112404168
i have assisted my mom with a policy for herself and they refuse to send someone out to do her hiv test now is this the type of service you want from a life insurance company... NO... they are day light robbers you 1 LIFE DIRECT THANKS FOR STEALLING MY MONEY AAAHHHh
