Internet Banking is unacceptable

This will now be the 4th time I will need to go into a branch to reset my password and not because I enter it wrong. Every time I log onto internet banking either via my cell phone or pc, it either displays nothing or just logs me off. This is so pathetic, as internet banking is no longer a convenient method of banking. I really find this unacceptable. What is the purpose of internet banking if I cannot utilise the service that I pay for. I now once again have to go into a branch, stand in a queue and reset my password. The last time I was there is was informed by the customer service clerk that there is a problem with internet banking & Windows 7, this has now become my problem, because my bank cannot sort out the issues on their side for the SERVICE they are suppose to provide.
