I phoned Auto and General to query why my insurance policy was increasing by 20% and I was helped by Sharon Motau. She was friendly, happy and helpful and really made my day. Not only did she lower my premium back to the amount it was, she also removed my excess amount! Wow I was really impressed with her service, great attitude and happiness.
