I went into the branch 02 April 2013 to submit my building plans with all the necessary documentation to apply for the building loan. First the lady looked at me as if I talking Greek. She didnt know how what to do with the documents.
She even wanted me to drive to JHB mid city to submit. I supplied a pack of the documentation. The building plans is A1, she asked me how is she suppose to submit? That is the size of building plans!!! She said she would sort it out. After 3 weeks i followed up and nothing! I emailed her, and only then did I received an online confirmation of the application. After another 2 weeks i followed up a again. I phoned and the application was deleted!!! Because the wrong application was completed, it should have been an advancement. I completed again the on the phone with homeloans and they said they have everyting. Phoned today, and once again they say they do not have the building plans!!! No one contacted me or could have asked, they just wait till you follow up with them. What more do I have to do, I submitted everything to the branch a month and a half ago and nothing!!!
