My windscreen was cracked by a stone.

I logged a claim to have the windscreen replaced on Monday morning. I was called by the glass supplier the same morning. Talk about quick turnaround. However, initially a cheap inferior Chinese windscreen was to be fitted, which I was not happy with.

I went back to Miway (the supplier did so on my behalf as well), explaining the safety and other reasons for me insisting on having an OEM windscreen installed. Shortly after the call the claim for an OEM windscreen was approved.

I am now waiting on stock and fitment arrangements. I hope this compliment has not been premature. But based on my dealings with Miway histrorically, I do not anticipate any issues.

The call centre staff were a pleasure to deal with. The staff are polite and helpful.
