Twice now Nedbank has inserted a 30 day on my ITC account. All because they can not manage their debit orders correctly. I had to cancel my debit order last month, due to them running the debit orders to early. But, now I have a 30 late on my ITC for the Month of April and May. I have proof that I have paid my account on the 30th, but Nedbank is so unreliable. I have even logged a Dispute with Transunion, but Nedbank told them that this is my fault by cancelling the debit order. "My Fault", if Nedbank followed the Contract and only debited my account on the given date, I would not have had to cancel the debit order. If this account is settled, I will never go to this bank account, they are the most unprofessional bank ever. I do not know how they keep customers. Wh is t so difficult to assist a client? Is it to much to ask for just to manage the account properly?
