I did not receive my policy documents after insuring with Miway. I called in 4 times and all staff that I spoke to assured me that I was going to receive them but they never arrived. Mpho assisted by sending the documents to me via her personal e-mail address which came through thus solving my problem and figuring out that there is a problem with the Miway site. Thanks Mpho!
