Ad service and a big NO for Nedbank

Firstly I want to say, That me and my husband and 3 kids opened a account with Nedbank and was very excited, we had this account for 2 months an going for the 3rd, this will surely be the last, cant believe I left FNB for Nedbank .. Will gladly go back to FNB with a smile, Nedbank are lying to get their clients so unfair... The Southdale branch is a joke, everybody does their own things and customer service are up to zero, nobody will go out of their way to assist, my husband applied for a credit card a week ago and we are still waiting, its pending and now the banker is not in the office, our account is in a overdrawn amount, because of Nedbank taking charges for things that went through on a later stage this is so unnecessary... our accounts with FNB were never in a - overdrawn amount..cellphone banking is a joke now you draw money or use your card to purchase and then your balances showing is not even correct.. What happened to your banking service, to think that Nedbank was most of the best classy banks ever..Very disappointed client...
