What a struggel to get a paid up letter for your a

I payed up my credit card on the 6th of May I am still waiting for a confirmation letter that my account is now closed. First I have to wait 3-5 working days now the system is offline??? They are very easy to help getting a credit card and loans etc but paying them... and getting a confirmation letter is another story. I will advise everybody to rather go to Capitec Bank the interest is better anyways. And don't try to get information from 0861000555 they are all useless
