I'm still waiting for my phone

I sent my phone in for repairs on 9/3/13 at Edgars Blue route mall, I was told the repairs would take between 6-8 weeks. the company doing the repairs would be Finrite, who is underwritten by Hollard insurance. I was told by their call centre agent on the 10/5/13 the phone was repaired, however the call centre agent doesn't know why the phone hadn't been sent back to the store from the repair centre and he asked his manager to send through a request to have my phone delivered to the store on Saturday 11/5/13 I called Edgars Blue route mall on 12/5/13 and was advised your phone isn't here... i'm tired of chasing after my phone, if my phone is lost while being in the hands of Finrite, then all I want is either a brand new Samsung Galaxy S3 or my S3 if they are able to recover the phone from their repair centre which is where the phone is currently... I was advised this bit of information by the call centre agent... I've also sent a manager from Finrite an email the details of my enquiry and my request mentioned above...
