New Low Budget service

I have been with ABSA my whole life and I recently had to get their new chip card and now I cant budget and I cant see where transactions have taken place.

The sms notifications are now useless as they do not tell you how much you have in your account but it got much worse.

Today I logged into my account and it says my balance was R2500 and purchases with uncleared effects added up to R 1300. My available balance should be R1200 but it was at R300 because my purchases arent reflecting on my internet banking from 2 days ago and they arent anywhere to be found.

This is completely unacceptable because I pay for notifications and internet banking which is inaccurate!
I would like to know how one of the biggest banks in South Africa can put such a low budget system in place?

1. I want the total balance to reflect in internet banking and notifications on what I can spend. Its simple maths (account balance - amount spent)
2. I want all my transactions to reflect immidiatly in internet banking and not 2 days later!

Also ABSAs credit card which I spend over R20000 a month doesnt have a point system!
All the other banks have these basic services!!

Fix this in 7 days or Im Leaving!
