I was introduced to a Metropolitan life policy by Mazibuko Thandeka.
My Bank account is being debited monthly for this policy according to the agreement I had with the above mentioned consultant.
The problem I have is that I have not received any contract what so ever for the policy I took up. I then sent an email to Metropolitan to enquire and I got the following responses respectively {" 1) We refer to your e mail received on 23rd April 2013.Please note that we cannot trace any Metropolitan policy, e mail us the proof of payment or your account number we deduction take place. 2) Please note that we cannot trace the policy number using you banking details. Please e mail bank statement showing our deduction to [Email Removed] then decided to call 086 1212 229 and I spoke to a lady who was so efficient I even forgot to take her name. She was able to trace my policy, so I gave her my email account and she promised to email me a copy right away and I asked her to forward my policy contract on my alternative postal address that I provided.
