I've applied at the Sandton branch for a homeloan on the 23rd of April. Phoned homeloans 20 times to the homeloans department to enquire about the application. Up to date No answer. Each time a new excuse for more documentation that is required!!! THis is SERIOUS INCOMPITANCE. AT the branch all documentation was confirmed to be fine. The same documentation was submitted at all otherbanks and received approval of homeloans weeks ago.
FOR YOUR OWN SAKE TO STAY SANE PLEASE DON"T APPLY AT STANDARD BANK DIRECTLY! RATHER USE A ORIGINATOR AS THIS INCOMPETANCE WILL GET YOU DOWN!!!
More than 3weeks later... NO ANSWER... MANAGERS TODAY HAS EVEN TAKEN THE DAY OFF AS WELL!
